He was imprisoned by two powerful people! The Tity Brown case remains a mystery

Ishime Thierry The only dancer who managed to change dances to the songs of Rwandan artists was punished since November 10, 2021. He was arrested 3 days before he danced in BK Arena in a concert that brought Omah Lay to the city on November 13, 2021.

Based on what was said by a witness who had an interview with InyaRwanda, he revealed four important things to pay attention to before the date of September 22, 2023 arrives and Tity Brown is read the decision of the court and is innocent and goes home or is imprisoned.

1. The hand of these two people and their relationship with the girl

The witness said: "Tity Brown was arrested and sent to prison against the laws of Rwanda. He was arrested on November 10, 2021, a Wednesday. The weekend after that, he had a job as a dancer at the Omah Lay concert that took place on 11-13-2021 , on November 17, 2021, he was taken to the local court for a hearing on imprisonment and parole."

What the law provides for arrest and detention and parole

InyaRwanda published a story on 21 May 2023, which refers to the way a person is arrested and imprisoned and the days he spends in the hands of the police and the days he spends waiting for his file to be submitted to the prosecution to begin his absence from prison and parole. Otherwise, if you are prosecuted for a crime and found to be innocent, you will be released without being detained at the RIB station.

Article 66 of Law No. 027/2019 of 19/09/2019 regarding the proceedings of criminal cases, which stipulates that a person who has been prosecuted for a crime should not be imprisoned as a rule. This law stipulates that a person can be imprisoned if there are serious reasons including escaping from justice, tampering with evidence, intimidating witnesses and various other reasons stipulated by this article. In the sheriff's office, the law stipulates that a person accused of committing a crime is imprisoned for 5 days. If the prosecution finds that the investigation has not yet been completed, it orders that the person spend 5 days in prison.

Then these days can be extended for no more than 5 days. This witness insists that Tity Brown's property is in violation of security. He said: "He was arrested on November 10, 2021. No preliminary investigation was conducted because he denied the crime and they did not even take him to see if he had slept with that girl. He was taken to Park on November 17, 2021."

Usually the Prosecutor's Office writes a letter called Map requesting an extension of 5 days while the investigation is not completed. Once the evidence has been found, a file containing the 'Indictment' or 'Acte d'accusation' is prepared. The criminal justice system determines whether the case goes to court or not.

The court hears the case for imprisonment and parole within 2 working days. Law No. 02/2019 of 19/09/2019 regarding the proceedings of criminal cases provides that the court makes a decision on imprisonment and parole within 3 working days of the case being closed.

This witness says that Tity Brown spent 44 days, (1 month and 14 days) at the Kicukiro RIB station, but he stayed for less than 15 days as stipulated by law, including 5 for the Police, 5 for the Prosecutor's Office, which can be added to 5 more but not more. A case of imprisonment and parole."

The person who spoke to InyaRwanda says that one of these people is a prominent prosecutor, she is the sister of the girl's father. And the police officer who is said to be keeping Tity Brown in jail is her uncle (the girl's mother's uncle). It is said that this uncle was the one who was sheltering this girl child when she got pregnant.

2. When Tity Brown was conceived and conceived

The baby girl who is said to have been aborted, Tity has not yet been taken into custody as stated in the testimony given to InyaRwanda.

This witness said, "This girl was sick at her uncle's house. Then she was taken to the doctor and they found out that she was pregnant. It was in September 2021. They then ordered that the pregnancy be aborted, so the child asked her to tell them who they had slept with. The child did not know who made her pregnant. that there is no problem in getting to know him.

 The girl says she doesn't know him. It got to the point where he said that he had sex with Tity Brown, a dancer, on August 14, 2021. The girl said that she found out that she was pregnant on October 04, 2021. She has been pregnant for almost two months without knowing it and this is not understandable how you can miss your period without your parents.

This witness says that Tity Brown kept him waiting for the days of work in BK Arena to arrive and then he was caught unprepared. After dancing in that concert, he would sign a contract to dance in every concert held in BK Arena. It was something that would have happened for the first time in the history of Rwandan dancers.

3. Why did this girl say Tity Brown?

This witness testifies that this file contains a conspiracy, so that if you look at Tity's Instagram "DM" conversations with this girl who had written to him wanting to meet, Tity took revenge on him. It is said that there is a conspiracy of fans who did not want Tity Brown's progress, "Uzise et al., I remember Tity Brown very well when she used to dance in Chriss Eazy's Amashu. At that time, Junior Giti took Tity Brown to go to a video shoot and that girl was also there. Tity didn't give him time, instead they took a short video of Tity with the girl and Giti took the video and then Giti went with Tity. They never talked because Tity seemed to have already guessed that the girl was a messenger!".

This journalist continued to tell InyaRwanda that the case of these two important people who would have accused Tity Brown has been postponed 5 times.

He said, "That girl has an uncle who is a police officer at Muhima Police Station. Starry and powerful, he is the elder brother of the child's mother. He himself said that Tity does not expect to be released and he will do everything possible so that Tity ends up in prison".

He revealed that the police officer involved in Tity Brown's case is there in civilian clothes to find out how to devise other strategies to keep Tity Brown in Mageragere.

This policeman is also the girl who got sick and he took her to the doctor and they ordered that the pregnancy come out as soon as possible. The abortion was on October 4, 2021. Tity Brown was arrested on November 10, 2021. It was a month after the abortion.

Another important second is the prosecutor who is the sister of the girl's father (and the girl's aunt). His role is delaying the judgment, postponing it more than 5 times for no reason because every time the case is postponed, reasonable reasons are presented. Yet for Tity Brown, it has been invented for reasons that everyone would recognize as technical.

He also asked if there was a time when they postponed his case saying that the file was missing. This is just a joke about how files disappear. The role of this prosecutor is the way he wants to be based on testimony instead of relying on forensic evidence taken in the National Institute of Criminal Evidence "RFI" which is DNA. "

He continues to show what he wants the justice system to do: "Otherwise, the decision of this case will be based on the tests taken between Tity Brown and the girl. However, it can be ignored and he will be sentenced to 25 years because of these 2 important people, then Tity Brown will have an appeal".

He goes on to say that this appeal, this informant InyaRwanda confirms that due to the 2 years Tity Brown has been in prison, they can give him an appeal next year in the spring so that he can continue to stay in prison as these two men are trying to keep him in prison.

He said the reasons that have been said that the case was postponed include when Tity got sick and missed meeting with his lawyer, sometimes Tity Brown's lawyer asked for the case to be postponed to get time to study the case, sometimes the file was missing from the case on the actual day of trial, there was a time when the judge following the missing Tity Brown case went to class, there was a time when they said they were waiting for the DNA report''.

 The last reason that the witness InyaRwanda says is a conspiracy is that the DNA was going to be tested and he was arrested on November 10, 2021 but they are waiting to take the tests on May 3, 2023, the tests will be available on May 19, 2023 and the case will be set in July 2023.

At one point, Tity was forced to undergo a DNA test

He said, “Tity Brown's heart is failing. You know that he once went to the rape test and refused to be arrested, he refused and wanted his lawyer to come. At that time they wanted to take him without anyone knowing him and his lawyer not being there so because he was afraid he refused. It was the prosecution and the prison that did it so that they would lie to him that he refused to go to the DNA test, then they will see how they push the case so that he spends many years in prison."

The lawyer said that whenever he wanted to know the exact time of the girl's birth, he was prevented by the help of two powerful men.

In other cases like this, there is a dispute over the age of the alleged rape because they refer to the records of the Ministry of Justice in the book where the children were born. He said: "In this case it did not happen so there is no doubt that this girl who did the investigation well was found to be over the age of majority. Whenever the lawyer went to look in the records of her birth, the child's mother told him that they often moved so that the records recorded the time was born without knowing where to ask".

This in itself does not happen because even Filidawusi of Ndimbati was born on a different date than the one written on the identity card. It is said that the girl's age is also questionable and she graduated in 2021 while Tity Brown was being punished as a child slave. This girl's ID card has the date 01 January 2004 written on it. It means that if you look at the birth certificate, you will find another date of birth, like Filidawusi wa Ndimbati''.

acquitted. Tity pleaded guilty and spent a year and five months in prison. At the moment the medical report shows that he did not get the girl pregnant. It means that he is prosecuted for the crime in the absence of evidence.

 He said: "This happened to 6 young men who were released by the court on September 15, 2023. They were imprisoned during the time Tity Brown was imprisoned in November 2021. They had been in prison for 2 years with Tity Brown, including a friend named Niyonkuru Amin. .

These guys in October 2021 went to a birthday party for one of their friends. When they got there they drank and got drunk. There was a young woman who was a virgin. He also drank and obeyed him. When her mother saw what happened, she suspected that they had married her without any objection. He immediately contacted the Police and RIB. Some of these guys were arrested and others escaped but only 6 were arrested. They were immediately taken to prison without a trial and no measures were taken to see that they had molested a child.

Let it happen in Mageragere as even their poor families cannot afford to drive them away. They ate the corn and got used to it, they accepted it and they did not even have an advocate. Fortunately for the child, they went and tested her and found that she was a virgin. The mother who locked up the boys was struck by lightning with an automatic breast pump. Thus the Court ordered their release.

The decision of the court was read without a lawyer and not even a parent in the court, but I testify that they went home today, September 16, 2023, because many people were arrested in Mageragere. "These guys have been in Mageragere for 2 years because they are lonely and the girl is a virgin."

 The interviewer concluded by saying that "Tity Brown who is in Magerere does not trust the justice system because he has already lost confidence. A possible plot is being hatched. What will happen? On Friday, September 22, 2023 at noon, the decision will be read. So for the sake of the people who want It is possible for him to be accused of a crime without DNA and they rely on the testimony of the child and his mother and this does not happen in a case that requires forensic evidence. Now Tity Brown appeals and is given a date as far away as next year, like in the spring."

A copy of the forensic evidence report that InyaRwanda has, shows that Tity Brown did not impregnate the girl. If these tests are carried out, Tity Brown would be innocent and go home, but if the testimony of the girl and her mother does not stop, he will be imprisoned.

In the interview, the girl said that she met Tity Brown on August 14, 2021. The girl also said that she found out that he was called on October 4, 2021.
