Rwanda arrests 13 suspected of plotting 'terrorist' attacks

13 Caught red handed with different bomb-making materials including Explosives, Wires ,nails and phones by The Rwanda National and Rwanda Investigation Bureau trying to bomb up the most crowded areas in Rwanda Police spokesman said on Friday. They could serve 7-25 years in Jail.

Rwanda arrests 13 suspected of plotting 'terrorist' attacks
The 12 men and 1 woman are said to be linked to AFD (Allied Democratic Forces) a Terror group affiliated with ISIS according to US Government operating from Cental African countries especially in Eastern Congo (DRC). 
During the act of parading them to the media , one of them(suspect) confirmed their relationship to the what the Rwandan army(RDF)  is doing down in Mozambique, calling the act a retaliation to Rwanda.
“We were supposed to wrap up the bomb in water carton drag something on the top of it then place it in the town’s shop where they sell fridges” Hassan one of the suspects admired.
How were these suspects Caught ? 
Rwanda Investigation Bureau Spokesman Thierry Murangira added that through corporations with the people information were passed till these suspects were monitored and then caught red handed.
“We worked with Rwanda National Police (RNP) throughout the operation” Thierry added.
Seven charges on their heads and could be jailed up to 25 years.
Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) quoted the list of 7 charges they are facing including conspiracy,and incitement to commit terrorism, creating terrorism group or joining it, illegal use of explosives or any noxious substance in public places, among others.
 
The shortest offense could see these suspects serving seven years and the longest could see them serving up to 25 years in jail.
 
The suspects also confirmed their relationship with Jihadists  who swore to take revenge on Rwanda for evacuating them from their five long captivity of Cabo Delgado Province in Mozambique last month.
